Winter is coming!
It's October 25 and "travelestonia" has uploaded an Instagram
Post on the first snow of this Winter.
"Oh for fox sake!" was the nicest phrase that came into my mind and I checked the climate table for Estonia a few weeks ago. Not that I hadn't done that before I applied for the Erasmus term there. Or that I looked at it several times already... But, since everything gets more secure (and I am working on a constant flow of sheets for different institutions), the temperatures suddenly got real.
BRACE YOURSELVES! – Winter is coming
I got myself a new winter coat (check the photo!) and new winter boots.
Additionally, I own enough scarves and beanies.
I am prepared for the Estonian winter. Is the Estonian winter prepared for me?

Es ist der 25. Oktober und “travelestonia” hat auf Instagram ein Bild vom ersten Schnee des Winters gepostet.
Das wird verdammt kalt. Nach erneutem studieren der Klimatabelle für Estland wird die Kälte noch realer. Die Tabelle kannte ich natürlich schon, aber irgendwie ist alles realer, seitdem das Auslandssemester in reichweite ist.
Der Winter naht!
Aber ich bin vorbereitet: Seit neustem Besitze ich eine super Winterjacke (siehe Foto) und neue Wanderschuhe. Genug Mützen und Schals habe ich auch auf jeden Fall.
Ich bin bereit für den estnischen Winter. Aber ist der estnische Winter bereit für mich?
